This office maintains Real Estate Assessment records and the location of said parcels on tax maps. They are also responsible for Occupation/Per Capita records for the County. Assessments are the responsibility of the Board of Assessment.

Clean and Green Information:

A completed and submitted Notification of Conveyance form is required 30 days prior to any split, separation, transfer, or change of use for all properties receiving preferential assessment of land enrolled under Act 319 (Clean & Green).
