The Susquehanna County Domestic Relations Department functions as the Title IV-D agency in the County.
This department is responsible for helping parents and caretakers apply for Child Support Services, Establishing Paternity and Support Orders and Enforcing Court Orders as entered.
The Domestic Relations Section (DRS) assists in locating absent parents and reviews information provided by the parties involved in the support case and establishes which party is to maintain health insurance on the child/children as well as pay for day care.
Federal Guidelines are in place to assist in determining the amount of the support order to be established based on the parents ability to provide support for their child/children. For additional information regarding Child Support, you may access the Child Support web site at
