| Inmates are permitted to place three (3) phone numbers on their commissary account that will be direct debit calls as long as the Inmate has money on their account.
If not, an account can be set up on an Inmate phone system called
Digital Solutions/Inmate Telephone Inc. (ITI) [phone number: (814) 949-3303,
internet address: www.offenderconnect.com]. All other outgoing telephone calls, whether local or distant, are completed on a “Collect Only” format.
All non-legal calls may be monitored and recorded. Incoming calls are blocked. It is the Inmate’s responsibility to notify family members and/or friends to
contact Digital Solutions/Inmate Telephone Inc. (ITI) in order to set up an account. An Inmate may use the cellblock phone free of charge to contact their Attorney. |
