Hazard Mitigation Plan
The Susquehanna County Hazard Mitigation Plan, as required by the Disaster Mitigation Act of 2000, was updated in 2023. The plan update was accomplished utilizing the contracted resources of MCM Consulting Group Inc, State College, Pennsylvania and was paid for with monies procured through the Hazard Mitigation Grant Program.
The plan, having met all applicable guidelines, has been approved by the Federal Emergency Management Agency.
