An Inmate telephone service account can be set up by contacting an Inmate phone system called Connect Network / GTL. All other outgoing telephone calls, whether local or distant, are completed on a “Collect Only” format. All non-legal calls may be monitored and recorded. Incoming calls are blocked. It is the Inmate’s responsibility to notify family members and/or friends to contact Connect Network / GTL in order to set up an account. An Inmate may use the cellblock phone free of charge to contact their Attorney.
